Dry Needling

Dry needling involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. The points, referred to as trigger points, are areas of inflammation, tight muscles, or inflamed connective tissue caused by injury, overuse or poor body mechanics. Dry needling helps to release these points to decrease pain and promote healing.
